Accepted payment method

We accept payment by bank transfer (T/T). Bank details are also sent with your proforma invoice once your order is confirmed.

Payment terms

30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment — or as agreed in your proforma invoice. Your order is reserved for 7 days. Production starts when the deposit clears.

Before you send the wire

1. Write the beneficiary name exactly as shown above. A mismatch can bounce the payment.
2. Hong Kong does not use IBAN. Please use the SWIFT/BIC code together with the account number.
3. All bank charges outside Hong Kong are for the buyer’s account.
4. Put your invoice number in the payment reference.
5. Send us the bank slip or payment advice so we can follow the transfer.

Fraud notice

Our bank details never change by email, WhatsApp or WeChat. If anyone sends you new bank details, please stop and verify by voice using the phone number on our Contact page before sending money.
